Refund and Returns Policy

At Sameera Handlooms, we value your satisfaction and trust. We offer a 7-day return and refund policy for our products, with the following conditions:

    • Your product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • The product must be in its original packaging with all the tags intact.
    • After buying, the product must not be damaged, stained, or altered in any way.
    • The product must not be custom-made.
    • You must provide a valid proof of purchase along with the product.

We will arrange a pickup from your address and process your refund within 15 days of receiving the product back. The refund will be issued to your original mode of payment, minus the shipping charges and any applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the criteria or show signs of misuse or fraud. We may modify or cancel this policy without notice. We value your feedback and thank you for choosing Sameera Handlooms!

Exchanges

Sameera handloom only replace products if they are defective or damaged product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sameerahandloom.com and send your item to address: E-63, CH Harpal Chandela Rd, opp. Punjab & sind bank, New Delhi, Delhi 110018.

Shipping returns

We try to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible at Sameera Handlooms. For your ease, we can ship both domestically and internationally. Here are some specifics about how we ship:

  • Time to ship: Once we get an order, we process it within two to three working days. We don’t ship on Indian holidays or on Sundays.
  • Shipping prices and estimated arrival times: We charge a flat rate of Rs. 100 for shipping within India and Rs. We use safe delivery services to get your items to you, like Bluedart Express, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Aramex. Most domestic orders reach you in 4–7 business days, while foreign orders can take anywhere from 7–15 business days, based on where they are going.
  • Confirmation of shipment and tracking: Once your order has been sent, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number and the name of the courier service. With this information, you can check the progress of your order online or call the delivery service directly if you have any questions.
  • Shipping address: When you place your order, please make sure to give us an exact and full shipping address. We’ll do our best to meet your needs, but we can’t promise that we’ll be able to change the address after the order has been sent.
  • Damages or losses during shipping: Sameera Handlooms is not responsible for any items that are broken or lost during shipping. If your order arrives broken, please call the shipping company or our support team to make a claim. Please keep all of the boxes and broken items before making a claim.
